Getting an Entry-Level Job with No Experience

Most employers would prefer to hire someone with experience for an entry-level position. They don’t want to spend the time and resources it takes to train a new employee, and they expect to see immediate results. You’ve probably encountered positions like these in your job search. While it doesn’t seem fair, there are a few ways to cope.

Apply Anyway

The surest way to not get a job is not to apply. You never know what the applicant pool looks like for a given position, and it’s possible that you may still stand out as the right candidate.
Be mature and respectful in your application, and definitely don’t tell them that their requirements are too strict or unreasonable.
