The applicant will be required to enclose the following documents along with application:

1. Graduation (B.Sc /B.A/ B. Com) mark sheets consisting of 3 years result/marks (Clearly indicating qualifying subjects).
2. Copy of the identity card issued by the university/college, where he/she is pursuing study/research work.
3. If not given on application form itself, a separate no objection letter from the Institute/Head of Department where applicant is pursuing study indicating the status of study (class, year, university etc).

The applicant would be required to submit one and only one neatly typed application form clearly indicating, name, date of birth, address, qualification and the university/institute where at present pursuing his/her PG/Research work and the areas of interest for availing the internship as per the attached Application Form. If the applicant wishes to incorporate some more details, he/she may do so on an extra sheet to be attached. The applicant will have to register on the National Career Service (NCS) Portal (www.ncs.gov.in) and mention the NCS ID on the application form.
