• Conducting primary interviews with users from various cohorts, and supply-side entities as per project requirements. Conduct transcription and thematic analysis of qualitative primary data.

• Conceptualising and writing outputs in the form of blogs, data visualisations, and project briefs.

• Conducting basic quantitative data analysis and prepare statistical insight summaries.

• Researching, writing, and publishing about financial innovation, inclusion, and financial policies.
