National Human Right Commission India Internship Program Overview

The National Human Rights Commission of India has been providing short-term internships (15 to 16 days) since 2000. Interns can apply for summer or winter internships. Summer internships are generally offered in May, June, and July with winter internships available in December and January. Students from various streams may participate in the internship program, however, the it is generally geared toward law students. During their 15 day internship, participants will have the opportunity to explore the guidelines and laws associated with the National Human Rights Commission of India.

Eligibility

Minimum 65% in class 12th 3 years of LLB and 3+2 years of B.A.LLB 4th and 5th year of LL.M and integrated law 3rd year MA students MA in Anthropology, International Relations, Political Science, Rural Development, History, Economics, Commerce, Human Rights, Criminology, Public Administration, Social Sciences and Sociology, Social Work (MSW) from UGC recognized universities.
