The bank has 4,050 branches, 11,801 ATM locations, and market capitalization of 1.31 trillion as of 31 March 2019. Axis Bank Young Bankers (ABYB) Program is an initiative by Axis Bank to provide opportunities to the younger talent.
ABYB is a one year, full-time residential program run in association with Amity Global Business School, Noida, and Manipal Global Education, Bangalore. As per the nature of the program, Axis Bank offers internships to students in the field of banking.
ABYB is creating a talent pool of young bankers by providing them with the necessary skills and banking knowledge.
Only graduates with a 50% or above in their FINAL year of graduation OR an aggregate of 50% or above in all years up to graduation (from any stream) may apply.
Students should have graduated with a degree before applying for the Axis Bank Young Bankers Program.
Students currently pursuing their graduation courses are also eligible to apply. Age Limit: Min. 21 years old; max. 30 years old (born on or after 1 April 1989).
